Microsoft Project 2013 Compatibility
Only WBS Chart Pro 4.9a and PERT Chart EXPERT 2.8a are compatible with Project 2013.
If you have earlier versions of WBS Chart Pro and/or PERT Chart EXPERT, they will not work with Project 2013. You need to download and upgrade to WBS Chart Pro 4.9a or PERT Chart EXPERT 2.8a to work with Project 2013.It is a free upgrade as long as you are a current user of WBS Chart Pro version 4.x or PERT Chart EXPERT 2.x. Refer to the Download Page for more information and to download.
Note: During Setup, if you choose to Modify MS Project, this does not add a button to the Ribbon in Project 2013. You need to do this manually. To add a Button to the Ribbon or Quick Access Toolbar in Project 2013 see the instructions here: Project 2010/2013
Microsoft Project 2010 Compatibility
Only WBS Chart Pro 4.9 (and later) and PERT Chart EXPERT 2.8 (and later) are fully compatible with Project 2010.

Adding the WBS/PERT Button to Project 2010 or Project 2013
You can add a button to Project 2010 and Project 2013 for access to WBS Chart Pro and PERT Chart EXPERT from within Project 2010 and Project 2013. Microsoft Project 2007 Compatibility
If you are using Microsoft Project 2007, please note:
WBS Chart Pro version 4.6 and PERT Chart EXPERT 2.5 added support for Project 2007. All later versions of WBS Chart Pro and PERT Chart EXPERT will continue to work with Project 2007.
If you have earlier versions of WBS Chart Pro and PERT Chart EXPERT, you can download and upgrade to the latest versions of WBS Chart Pro or PERT Chart EXPERT to work with Project 2007. Timeline in Project 2010 disappears when creating WBS or PERT charts
If your Timeline in Project 2010 disappears when you create a chart using WBS Chart Pro or PERT Chart EXPERT the following Hotfix from Microsoft will fix this problem:
Suddenly unable to display a WBS or PERT chart from MS Project
If you attempt to create a WBS or PERT chart from within MS Project and get a blank screen you most likely have Project 2003 SP2 or SP3 installed.
Installing the latest version of WBS Chart Pro or PERT Chart EXPERT will fix this problem (close Microsoft Project before installing).
Or, with SP3, you can follow these simple steps:
1. Open Project 2003 SP3 and select Tools-Options-Security.
2. Under Legacy Formats, select "Allow loading files with legacy or non default file formats".
Using WBS Chart Pro, dragging to rearrange or using Cut/Copy and Paste does not include subtasks
Issue: In WBS Chart Pro, dragging a Summary Task or using Cut/Copy and Paste on a Summary Task only pastes the Summary Task and not the Subtasks.
Explanation: This only happens when you have a WBS chart that is linked to a MS Project plan when using Microsoft Project 2007 SP2 or Project 2010. When you Drag or Cut/Copy and Paste a Summary Task in WBS Chart Pro it tells MS Project to perform this same operation. In MS Project 2007 SP2 and Project 2010 a Cut/Copy and Paste does not include subtasks. It only pastes the Summary Task. This behavior is different then all previous versions of MS Project. Although this looks like a bug in MS Project, according to Microsoft, this is a new behavior and is by design.
Solution: Installing the latest version of WBS Chart Pro corrects this behavior so that working with a Summary Task always includes the Subtasks for that Summary Task.
