Electronic-Only Option

Shipping of the complete package is optional. If you only need an electronic version of the software you can omit the shipping charges on your order. Once your order is processed, we will email you a Product ID that turns the Demo version from our website into the Full version so you can start using the software immediately. We will also email you a receipt and a link for downloading the full documentation and quick reference guide (.pdf format). 

If you want this option, select Electronic-Only from the list of shipping options when ordering online or let us know when ordering by email, fax or by phone.    

Product ID

With the Product ID you can download the Demo software from our website and enter this number during Setup to activate the Full version. For online orders, once your order is processed, we will email you this Product ID. If you have already downloaded and installed the Demo program from our website you can use this Product ID to turn the demo into the full software by going to the Help-About menu and selecting Register. 

All online orders automatically receive the Product ID by email once the order is processed. If you call, fax or email your order to us and wish to receive the Product ID, please let us know.

Within the US, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Wire Transfers, Checks and Company Purchase Orders. 

Non-US orders must be pre-paid with Credit Card, Check or Wire Transfer.

Each single user license is separately packaged and comes with a Quick Reference Guide and installation CD (your typical "box" of software). A single user license is intended for installation and use by one person. 

Quantity discounts are listed below and apply when greater than 4 copies are purchased of the same product, in the same order. You cannot combine products to get the quantity discount. Prices do not include shipping charges. See above for shipping options and prices.

A network license includes a Quick Reference Guide for each license purchased and one installation CD. User access on a network cannot exceed the total number of licenses purchased. This is considered "Named User Licensing"; each person who uses the software on the network needs a license. We do not support "Concurrent User Licensing". Prices do not include shipping charges. The only difference between single copies of the software and network licenses is the way the products are packaged. For example, if you order 5 single copies you get 5 separate boxes of software. If you order a 5 user network license you get one box with 5 Quick Reference Guides and one installation CD.
